With ESE you can't fast more than one day in a row. So that you are eating everyday. Never going a day without food. I'm doing it every other day because I want my weight gone. But once the weight is gone I will do it twice a week for maintenance. It has taken care of all cravings for me. Doing it every other day is not hard for me. My stomach has shrunk and I'm full really fast. My portions are normal for the first time in my life. I can also make better food choices because the cravings are gone. BUT if I go out for a night with friends or my sweetie......I eat what I like. Have a glass or two of wine. So I do not feel deprived whatsoever. This does not rule my life. Now I have cut back on the workouts I was doing to 45 min 3 times a week. It is fabulous. I can not rave enough about TT and ESE......they have transformed my life....and will continue to do so.

Sometimes I think we can really breakthrough some of the teaching we have taken as science. Somebody is always going to come along with a better more efficient way to fine tune these bodies. Also just because it works for me, somebody else might hate it. I am just going to rave about what works for me. We are all just trying to do the very best we can. We just want happy healthy long lives. This is a good goal.

By the way you can see lots of youtube videos by both ESE's Brad Pilon and TT's Craig Ballantyne so check them out for yourselves. Good luck whatever you choose to help you along the way.
