In the latest issue of Pavel's newsletter there is a reference to
"Anatoly Zhabotinsky" .

The information was quite good except for the name. It's much better to get your names right. The Zhabotinsky referred to is Leonid I. Zhabotinsky. Getting the names wrong reduces the power of the information you are trying to convey. If you can't get the names right what else is off? I also doubt that Pavel even proof read the newsletter.
