Pros:
- Cost me $15 after shipping. (I got them from a martial arts store and not amazon)
- Sole is supper soft and grabs the ground almost like a climbing shoe. Doing TGU's and Squats (in areas where I am forced to wear shoes) is a dream.
- I like them a million times more then my Chucks and almost as much as my VFFs
- They look pretty cool after I beat them all up.
- There is no arch support.
- They are really flexible. I can actually roll them into a ball and put them in my pockets.

Cons:
- When I first got them they smelt god awful. Imagine the rubber smell you get from a new set of bumper plates only twice as bad. It took about 20 hours of wearing them to get rid of the smell and my feet would stink like rubber after I took them off.
- The sole of the shoe is actually rounded. Which makes it less then ideal for real lifting (Chucks and VFF are better). However, in the past 6 months the soft rubber has gotten worn away to a nice flat surface.

I work out exclusively barefoot then I am at home but I travel 2 weeks out of every month and sometimes have to wear shoes when I am at the hotel gym. These work great.
These sound really cool - except for the rounding - they don't actually lift your foot do they? and a rather remarkable price.

Thanks for sharing. I'll add it to the list of shoes that pass the twist test! Super duper.
