Don't want to get de-conditioned on business trip..
I'm going to go on a 3-week business trip and I'd like to put together a program to keep myself from getting de-conditioned while I'm away from my KB (I don't have a good way of taking it with me). On my last long trip, I did Naked Warrior GTG and used the hotel treadmill morning and night. I did lose weight and got stronger in OAPUs and pistols, but it was a setback for my swings and TGUs. Any advice on how to limit my losses while I'm gone?
