I'm not sure what specific aspects of your training you're trying to keep up, but if you don't want your swings and TGUs to suffer you will most likeley have to do those drills as I don't know of any great replacements for them.
For strength pistols and OAPUs are pretty good
For conditioning I really "like" circuits of 6 count burpees and deck squats w/a jump and/or circuits of dand (hindu pushups) with alternating pistols holding a doorframe at waist height.
