Burpees, Mountain climbers, Sprinter lunges, Hindu pushups, Hindu squats...these are just a few things that come to mind. When you write, "limit my losses" in relationship to swings and TGUs, what do you consider "losses" when you "lo[st] weight and got stronger in OAPUs and pistols?"
