Military Press: Power to the People
I just finished Power to the People, but Pavel said this about the two handed barbell military press "The side press is a lot easier to learn than, say, a proper two arm military press."
Does Pavel ever touch on what a proper two handed barbell military press should be in any of his other books??? Is it the same techniques as kettlebell presses with Power to the People techniques overlaid (tight abs, tight glutes, tight quads, powerful grip, pull down with the lat etc etc)
