There's TONS of stuff to do with just bodyweight and no special equipment necessary. It's good to shake things up from your normal routine and get your body into a different groove altogether for a while. I would look at it as an opportunity rather than a detriment to your overall training.

Bust out 5-10 minutes of 8-count body builders and you'll be good to go. There's so many different things you can do that you shouldn't even worry about it at all.

Oh yeah - almost forgot.. I bought some "Fitdeck" cards that are really cool. They're basically just a deck of cards that each have a different exercise on them. Shuffle them and just do whatever exercise comes next. Every exercise is different, and it keeps things fresh and interesting. The basic deck is called simply "bodyweight". I also bought various different "booster" decks: Yoga, Stretching, Navy Seal, Dumbell, Pullup, Firefighter, and Combat Sports. There's even a Kettlebell one. It's a fun product(s) to have and I like not knowing what's coming next.
