Keepng some volume with a heavier bell
I haven't gotten my 32 yet, but for the time being I plan on pressing my 24 along with my grandmother's 8 kg. My question is about volume. After doing 10(2,3,5) with the 24, 3 three rung ladders doesn't seem like enoug work, even with 32 kg. Especially on light days, where I'd start with just 5 singles. Is it adviseable to do some additional pressing with just the 24 to keep my strength/muscle gains during the first few weeks of 32 of training?
