Very good Anthony. The adjustments you need to make have already been covered, so I won't repeat them. I just want to remind you that no squat is ever perfect, and you're doing an excellent job, especially for somebody starting out. Keep up the good work, and I'm sure you'll see results in no time. Your squats are much better than mine were when I started.

You probably would still benefit from a kettlebell, for something that combines conditioning with strength (swings do not compare to jogging for conditioning/endurance) but you'll make excellent progress with the bar and iron as is.
