Yes i will listen to advice and try ladders on the snatch exercise.

On pistols, I can do these for sets of 5 with a 20kilo dumbell, very slow and high tension, so thats working well with 7-10 days frequency. I only began to make progress on these when cutting frequency-workout was 4x5 each side with 20 seconds rest-ie tabata style.Now going for heavier weights for 1 set after warmups.
