Preferred movements during recovery phase?
I am currently taking a break from strenuous training after quite a long spell of hitting the weights and hitting the heavy bag almost every day (I might have overtrained). I have rested about 3 days now, and intend to take the next 3-5 days off as well. I was curious as to what you all like to do for light exercise during the recovery phase of your training, and I am open to any suggestions as to what to do. I am currently doing several of the moves in Super Joints such as the squat, various arm circles, shoulder circles, wrist rotations, and stretching. Thoughts?
