So it kinda sounds like these are simply choices you're making NOT to spend money on this part of your practice? Perhaps you didn't know that
Z has a 35 dollar DVD called "quick start"
that's significantly less than a kettlebell or a pair of vivo's and its value lasts a life time
don't you think you're worth it?
