I had great results with the Warrior Diet, and I continue to use that as a basis for my diet. I went from 250 lbs, at about 30 percent bodyfat, 6'5" and ended up at about 215, 15 percent bodyfat with KB's and Warrior Diet. Now there has been a slow progression where my weight doesn't change much, but my body fat is going down slowly and steadily.
