I started my transformation in June 2009 and have been quite pleased so far!
I use the RoP KB program and also add in a couple of 30 mins x-trainer sessions too.
I follow the WD for 4 weeks then have a complete week off and eat regularly through the day, although i still eat clean during this phase. I do this for two reasons;
1) to replenish my body completely and ensure i take on any missed nutrients as i never use any vitamin supplements,and
2) to stop any mental feelings of never eating....this may sound strange but it works for me?
I was 16s 4lb when i started and am now down to 15s 1lb. I have also noticed extra muscle and strengh so am not too fussed about my weight as i can see my body changing
