I had thought that too about combining WD style eating with this, but getting my protein and calories in during the eating phase...
Another thought I had, since the Growth hormone release during the fasting stage would doing your bear type deads on those days pack a better punch as far as GH?
and then after 6 pm when fasting is over getting your cals and protein in then?
Just curious....

I have been on it for a week and I really think during the under eating phase I do feel more alert and tighter, it is a great feeling..
