I have observed over the last few months a bunch of very funny gym observations, feel free to add to the list.
1- The guys who work out 7 days a week and drink all of the protein shakes yet never get any bigger
2- The guys who lift the same weight, same reps, same sets, same rest periods, same tempo, they keep a training log, and wonder why they never make any gains( you think they would make the connections)
3- They guys in the gym who will use the bench press for example, they will load it up with more weight then they can handle, they do all of that Ronnie Coleman prep crap " Yeah buddy, light weight" , " it ain't nothing but a peanut" , they are screaming and yelling, slapping their chest, grabbing the bar while shaking it, they get the whole gym to stare at them, then they never end up lifting the weight.
4- They poeple who pay 40-90 dollars per month and just use the shower or steam room, then wonder why they can't loose weight
5- The guys who walk into the gym with the belt on, their headphones in their ears, their ready for buisness, and they end up walking on the treadmill for their entire workout
6- The guys who wear the leotards( or as I call them " nut huggers") to the gym in the attempt to impress the ladies, and the ladies end up laughing because it looks like their smuggling a peanut in their shorts
7- The guys who attend the yoga classes and wonder why they can't " bulk up"
I'm out for now, hope to hear more, I work in a gym and I see and hear all this 24/7
