I recall some posts of yours where you expressed concern of the appearance of belly fat when you are sitting ...If you are BULKING...you will still have this problem....bulking and cutting is a balancing act...there are trade - offs...In order for this to work you will have to actually plan all this out ...along with a PROGRAM of strength training that you can stay with...If you do less than this...then this whole discussion is mute...and a waste of time....but spend more time on a program...and less time asking "what ifs"....if you were on ETK, or PTTP go back to it...Dennis
