Thank you for responding. I am going to be comparing it to the weighted squat jump . The variables I am going to be looking at are Peak Power output using a force platform, joint ankles using 3D motion analysis, and muscle activation. There is an immense number of things I can look at but these are the three I decided on for now, for lack of better knowledge . This may not be the best way to be going about my research but I feel like I am shooting in the dark with nothing to go off of , or at least nothing I can find. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Again thank you for responding and any help you can provide.
