question.
i am very familiar with PTTP and have used the info in there to build a respectable deadlift, and gain a decent amount of muscle using the bear program.i am though still a novice with the bench press and squat. (225 and 300lbs respectively)

would i benefit from this new book or is it directed solely at advanced lifters and therefore irrelevant to me at this time?
