Doing PTTP should never make you feel drained. It's for strength building and designed for fast recovery. If you want to tax your system, try the Bear program from PTTP. Doing Bear right, you will leave the gym feeling like you pushed the limits. The only problem with Bear is you can only do it 2-3 times a week, plus you have to eat a lot as well as rest a lot.
