Have to agree here... a lot of people are doing insane workouts every day and are not losing any weight. They are probably losing fat, but because of water retention, etc to repair muscles the weight doesn't come off as fast.
I realize I am not going to become a bodybuilder AND lose another 75 pounds so I am content to work out consistently but not crazily -- I'll go through a KB circuit in a class that lasts 45 minutes - 4 times a week if I can, and maybe do occasional activites such as swimming, walking, elliptical as I feel like up to it during the week. It really doesn't take much to sabatoge a workout in regards to what we eat, though, so diet should be a prime focus. Keep us updated on how you've been doing since mid October.
