bellhead is on to something here. If you are losing wgt/BF, and working a strength program that is gettiing you stronger, do not change a thing. 15 lbs in 3 weeks is alot. I am no longer a slave to a weight scale...At 54 yrs, and a weight of 209lbs, - I have great satisfaction in fitting into a size 34 in trousers - and the feeling of strength and fitness since I got serious about my health. Keep going and dont "fix" it if it ain't broke!...Dennis
