The book talks about the bear protocol for like...4 pages.
So just flip threw the book. I always find it by looking on the lower left corner of the pages, stop when you see a bear.
I actually didn't do this yet but am thinking of hibernating this winter and try it out, first I just want to build my strength back up since my rib injury.
