Superb results with superb effort - well done!
Yep, and take measurements other than scale weight. I've been in a body transformation for 3 months and I hit some stalls as far as the scale was concerned, but the tape measurements kept going down.

I've dropped close to 35 pounds in 3 months. I eat low carb real food most of the time. I started with IF for the first month or so, and then just went to eating 2-3 meals and seemed to do just the same as far as dropping fat goes. I didn't eat any fruit at first, but then added it in when my workouts ramped up and seemed to be wearing me down some.

I don't count calories, regulate portion size, or anything like that. It's been a low maintenance, no nonsense process. I mean, I have my standard breakfast, but last week I ate that... then ate it again because I was still hungry and felt I needed it.

I'm seeing the light at the end of the tunnel right now. I want to see my damn abs, and I have about 10 more pounds to go (I think).

One thing to keep in mind is that if you have a lot of weight to lose, don't keep looking at the weight you want to be and get upset about how far you have to go. You don't have to go all that way before you start feeling really good about your progress and how you look. When you get half way there, you will look very different. When you get 2/3 the way there you will look even better, etc.

What I'm saying is that you'll hit a point where, while you still have a ways to go to your destination, you will be happy with where you are and how far you have come. Then you just keep it up and whittle the rest away.

Oh yeah, take pictures too. Seeing what you looked like a week or month ago is even more motivating than looking at a list of weights and measurements.
