    I remember in the past that you wrote about how certain portion of the getups tested better than others. Thanks for expanding on it with this post. Also appreciate the detail on how to log the workout in order to track progress.

    You wanted me to keep you posted on my progress with my version of your Titan Challenge outline. I am not using the minute-by-minute outline you have used, but I am following the progressions to the letter, and am using a 24 and 32 kg KBs (the 16 was entirely too light). So far I have started the 6 week cycle, and the 32 is feeling entirely too light during the TGU's, and the swing numbers and the adaption to the volume is coming along nicely. I am also not noticing any fatigue carryover between the intensity and volume workouts for each lift, or between each lift in general. I will be sticking with this program for the entire outline, and send you regular "reports" on my progress and any occurances, if you wish. This is one experiment I am happy to be a subject for.
