    P.M. 10 minute set, 8 RPMS, 12kg Long Cycle...straight through, steady pace, no long rests in rack or offset/stack rack or hang...light yes, but first time hitting a 10 minute set without a rack rest ...and at a pace I would like to carry over to the 16s, then the 20s, then the 24s.
    So a little breakthrough.
