Two forced days off after my house was vandalized and my tires slashed. Again. Now we're in the process of moving to a secure building. Lame, but no choice.
Low Volume Pull Ups

Pull Up 16 kg. 15x1
One arm long cycle 28 kg. 2x10/10
One arm short cycle 32 kg. 1x10/10
Reverse Bent 3 60D Nails
Notes: Went well. Pull ups were easy once I stopped jumping the gun and just pulled myself clear instead of pointing my chin. Jerks went well. No strength issue, just sucking wind. I have to dial it up a bit. Rif gave me some correction on my jerks and also a couple of stretches for my shoulder and rogue Teres.
