Pull Ups BW 5x5
Pull Ups 8 kg. 12x3
Rolling Thunders 3x3/3 90 pounds
Pinch Lever Block 3x5/5 15 pounds
V Bar 2x1 135 pounds
Notes: Added some weight to the pull ups today and felt fine. Worked them in as we packed up the house. Just getting back in to grip work after a layoff.
