    Practice A

    Method: Ethan Reeve Style Density .
    Ex 1: Pull Ups: 44 total 4 on the minute for 11 min.
    Ex 2: BW Squats 2total 2 on the minute for 10 185#.
    Abs: Turkish Get Ups 3X3 per side 35#
    Grip: BB Shrugs 3x4 200# hang for 25, 20 and 20 sec.

    Jump Rope 10 min total

    Felt good. Pullups come easy.

    KB snatch ladders on the minute working up to 12r 12l

    15# Ball slams from bench , three sets of 20 as fast as possible.

    Explosive BB shrugs, 200# 3 sets of 8

    Hold for time. BB 155# thumbless grip 3 sets. 1 set 45 seconds. 2nd set 35. 3rd set 30sec.

    Saxon side bends. 35 pounds 3x5

    Explosive DB shrugs 75 pounds 3 sets of 8.

    Face the wall OH squats for flexibility

    Warmup Squats to rock bottom, 180# 5 sets of 3

    RDL 3 sets of 5 200#

    50 pullups sets of 3-6 seperated by one minute intervals of elliptical trainer.

    Jump rope ten minutes.

    BB shrugs density style triples with 285

    Gripper #1 ladder style.

    Time to start a new HOC cycle, too much screwing around.
