Practice A

Method: Ethan Reeve Style Density .
Ex 1: Pull Ups: 44 total 4 on the minute for 11 min.
Ex 2: BW Squats 2total 2 on the minute for 10 185#.
Abs: Turkish Get Ups 3X3 per side 35#
Grip: BB Shrugs 3x4 200# hang for 25, 20 and 20 sec.

Jump Rope 10 min total

Felt good. Pullups come easy.
