Went to sleep last night with no pain. Got through my R-phase this morning without pain. Did a couple get-ups without aggravating anything. I can tell there's a difference between the sides in the way I rotate at step one. Forcing that will strain my back, so I have a tool to work with over the next couple weeks. No swings until this is perfect.
I didn't have pain until I sat in my office chair. I wonder if I can get a taller desk?
