    pullups 5 sets of 5
    windmill work 44 lb bell
    5 sets of 3 l&r
    snatch 53 lb bell
    100 snatches in 7 minutes. i tried a ssst test today but i burnt all my pulling and grip muscles first so it didnt work out to well.i felt weak.
