pistols off crate x 3 l&r
straight bar pullups 5
pistols 5 sets of 3 l&r off of crate using pole for balance
pullups 5 sets of 5
windmill work 44 lb bell
5 sets of 3 l&r
snatch 53 lb bell
100 snatches in 7 minutes. i tried a ssst test today but i burnt all my pulling and grip muscles first so it didnt work out to well.i felt weak.
stretch
juggling and tossing 10 lb bell
10 minutes of just play. really fun. tossing side to side burns the chest and the torso.
