    Did the following (from Lisa Shaffer's article on this site):

    3 sets of the following circuit:

    10 box squats
    8 good morning stretches
    20 2-arm swings

    on my final two-arm swing I felt a twinge in my lower back - I believe I wasn't tightening my abs enough.
