    Dropped CnP reps cause I'm super rusty and was banging myself up a little--haven't done CnP in almost a year.

    SN reps are approximate. Found myself counting individual set reps, and wasn't sure how many sets in I was when I realized I wasn't counting the total reps. Wasps were a distraction.

    It's good to be back to the RoP.
