Heavy day. I will be on vacation/on the move a lot during these next two weeks and will only lug the 24's around with me so I want to focus on getting as much work done with the 32's as possible. Took 1:00 rest between each set and exercise. Did each exercise 1x1, no series today.

    SWINGS (clean)

    32kg 6x10

Alternated one arm and double arm swings each set. I want to try and figure out a way to do double swings with the bells stacked rather than side-by-side. ...

Wednesday, light day. Took 15% from the baseline volume numbers in an attempt to make it a true light day. Maybe will have to take 20% off next time as it still felt pretty intense. 2:00 rest periods between exercises and sets/series.

    SNATCH (clean)

    24kg 6x10, 1x6

Actually did a 2x10 x3 and finished up with a 1x6 to meet the volume requirements. Did even load on each hand. Tried to work a little on the corkscrew technique as I think it would be (since ...

Well, it's Monday and I'm back at it. This is a medium day, but pretty much the same as Friday, the heavy day. I have really got to start differentiating better. Rest was 1:30 between exercises and series.

    SWINGS (cleans)

    32kg 10x6

Switched it up from the normal 12x5. Did two series of 5x6, alternating double-arm swings and single-arm swings each set. 3 reps each arm for the single-arm swings.

    Still sweating...

It was Friday...heavy day. Felt good overall. Starting to adapt, next week will think about doing some extra. Took 1-minute rest between each exercise. The blister from my snatches on Wednesday popped, so that distracted me a little bit, but not enough to matter.

    SWINGS (cleans)

    32kg double arm 12x5

3 chunks of 4x5 with a minute rest between chunks. I really wish I had longer legs so the double KB swing wouldn't bother ...

Wednesday, a light day. Still haven't really scientifically figured out the difference between the various days of intensity, but for now what I'm doing will pass. Had to stop my workout short to meet my girlfriend for dinner, otherwise this was a good one. Added some incline bench as well.

    SNATCH (power clean)

    24kg 8x10

I don't like high-rep snatches. They always seem to tear up my hands no matter what I do. Maybe it's time I learned GS. Nothing broke, ...
