    mobility warm up

    double 24k Clean squat press
    8 x 2 set on the minute
    clean and squat 2 x 2 set on the minute

    slow leg raise 1 x 10

    dropped the last 2 sets of presses as struggled to get previous set.

    not trained KB's for almost a year. Let myself get really out of shape.
