Maxed ou today, everything up to 139 kg (57 kg added to BW 82) felt solid but I failed when trying to push it further. Got one complete OAP from dead-hang with 16 kg counterweight on the left, with 17,5 kg on the right. I made three conclusions:

1. I rested too short, only 3 days after the heaviest w PU-loading I have ever done, typichally I've rested 7-9 days before setting good PRs in the past.

2. I might benefit more from other moves, at least for a while. Obviously I've taken the W PUs as far as they will go right now (since even a very small increase takes an insane amount of work to establish)

3. I did get the 56 kg-added that was my goal. Felt really strong, perfect lock-off, etc.

Resting over the weekend, maybe I max out again when I come back, maybe I just maintain the 2/3 BW PU and start with the 1A-stuff.
