    Did max singles today and got a solid one on the left @ 73 kg. Got one on the right too, lock-off was a little lacking but I paused for a moment with chin clearly over the bar.

    BW just under 80 kg today. 2 kg improvement in 9 workouts. 6-8 kg to go. Now to rest for one week and start over with light weights. This is the cykle:

    Did max singles today and got a solid one on the left @ 71 kg. Got one on the right too, lock-off was a little lacking but I paused for a moment with chin clearly over the bar. BW is down to 80 kg. Not sure how far I have progressed in the first cykle since I didn't max before I started (little point as I had never done the excercise before). Now I know where I'm working from, evaluation will be easy and accurate and I'm very pleased with only having 8-9 kilos to go! Resting tomorrow (saturday). ...

    Awlright, haven't posted in a while, for some dumb reason i started making notes on pieces of paper an just kept on doing it. I'll put it all together some time.

    The Smolov intense-cykle was extremly taxing and didn't deliver when I maxed out (probably because I didn't rest enough). Anyways I started doing assisted OAPs in PTP-fashion (wave-cykle) 5x5, 5 days a week in bear theme. I am at the end of the first cykle right now and getting ready to max out.
