Did 5 rubber-band assisted 1A PUs/ each arm and 5 singles with 40 kg KB. 5 singles with 24 kg KB (grabbing the wrist), 2x5 regular pullups (keeping most of the weight on one hand) 2x5 HLRs.

Did 5 muscle-ups and 5 HLRs. Hurt quite a bit and I got really tired and fed up with the whole thing. Going to try and spread the negatives out more over the week. Going to try for a pully-assisted again. Backing off after week 4. New goals: 56 kg pullup. 1A top position lock-off. Negative with lock-off at 90 ...
