    Deadlift: 185x5; 165x5
    Military: 90x5; 80x5

    Military in front of the head almost feels too easy. I feel like I could surpass 100x5 this cycle and maybe more. I'm not yet sure if that is just progress or if switching to in front of the head made everything easier.

    After reading Beyond Bodybuilding, I switch my military from behind my head to in front. Felt different, but good.
