Deadlift: 185x5; 165x5 Military: 90x5; 80x5 Military in front of the head almost feels too easy. I feel like I could surpass 100x5 this cycle and maybe more. I'm not yet sure if that is just progress or if switching to in front of the head made everything easier.

Deadlifts: 165x5; 150x5 Military: 70x5; 65x5 After reading Beyond Bodybuilding, I switch my military from behind my head to in front. Felt different, but good.
