Hi, Thought i would set up a Training Log on this website.
Routine will look as follows...
Over Head Press - 2 Times Per Week, 3 sets of 3.
Dead Lift - 1 Time Per Week, 3 sets of 3.
The next few workouts are going to be brutal as i have just changed over to Conventional Deadlift and am not sure what level of strength i am at, so wont be able to work from percentages, just work hard untill i get stuck and then cycle back. Pluss i am...
