Training Log: November 28th, 2007

Hi, Thought i would set up a Training Log on this website.
Routine will look as follows...
Over Head Press - 2 Times Per Week, 3 sets of 3.
Dead Lift - 1 Time Per Week, 3 sets of 3.
The next few workouts are going to be brutal as i have just changed over to Conventional Deadlift and am not sure what level of strength i am at, so wont be able to work from percentages, just work hard untill i get stuck and then cycle back. Pluss i am waiting for new plates to come for my weights at home so will only be able to make 5kg jumps a time.
May have a few days off before i train again, will let you know!
Once problem however is i will be training my press at home, so i dont actualy know the weight of the bar, so i will just write the plates down i have on the bar. Example...
10, 10, 6.5, 6.5, 4, 4, x 3
x 3
x 3
That would be a 10kg on each side of the bar, a 6.5 each side and a 4 each side, so in total a weight of 41kg pluss the bar which i believe is to be 10kg, but that was not a accurate measure.
