March 16th
In a MAJOR, MAJOR rush today. Woke up VERY,VERY late!
6d Joint Mobility(super compressed version)
All 24k today. 5 rounds of :
20 Snatches
10 Military Pressses(5L/5R)
1/1 Bodyweight Pistol(was suppose to be a kb pistol)
I finished in about 25 minutes and was still half a sleep. This was however suppose to be a strength workout with breaks between drills, but because everything sucked it became a circuit.
