[FONT=Tahoma][COLOR=black]In a MAJOR, MAJOR rush today. Woke up VERY,VERY late![/COLOR][/FONT]

[FONT=Tahoma][COLOR=black]6d Joint Mobility(super compressed version)[/COLOR][/FONT]

[FONT=Tahoma][COLOR=black]All 24k today. 5 rounds of :[/COLOR][/FONT]

[FONT=Tahoma][COLOR=black]20 Snatches[/COLOR][/FONT]
[FONT=Tahoma][COLOR=black]10 Military Pressses(5L/5R)[/COLOR][/FONT]
[FONT=Tahoma][COLOR=black]1/1 Bodyweight Pistol(was suppose to be a kb pistol)[/COLOR][/FONT]

[FONT=Tahoma][COLOR=black]I finished in about 25 minutes and was still half a sleep. This was however suppose to be a strength workout with breaks between drills, but because everything sucked it became a circuit.[/COLOR][/FONT]
