    Taper. Did a ladder (1,2,3) of door pullups. Felt fatigued. Glutes and hammies felt fatigued as well. Didn't do specific GTG in box pistols du to this. Just stood up in one leg from chairs

    I've been GTGing door pullups for about two weeks now. Have been doing 1,2,3 ladders while staying relatively fresh.

    Today I did 1,2,3,4 ladders for about ten series (or maybe more) which totals +100 door pullups.

    I've also been doing box pistols with a 5-7.5 kg weight to a box 20cm high. I managed to keep my shin perpendicular with a fair ease. Been doing sets of 2 reps.
