Training Log: Monday 12 October

I've been GTGing door pullups for about two weeks now. Have been doing 1,2,3 ladders while staying relatively fresh.

Today I did 1,2,3,4 ladders for about ten series (or maybe more) which totals +100 door pullups.

I've also been doing box pistols with a 5-7.5 kg weight to a box 20cm high. I managed to keep my shin perpendicular with a fair ease. Been doing sets of 2 reps.
