    Taper. Did a ladder (1,2,3) of door pullups. Felt fatigued. Glutes and hammies felt fatigued as well. Didn't do specific GTG in box pistols du to this. Just stood up in one leg from chairs

    Today I greased the groove with the following:
    Pike pushups - 5 reps - full range of motion (forearms touching biceps)

    Progression to handstand:
    Frogstand (5-10 sec max)
    Headstand agains wall (endless) and free standing (10 secs)
