1 rounds of wall squats, halo, pumps
Clean and Press Ladders 4 ladders/ 3 rungs
1st Ladder C&P All 3 rungs completed, band assist pullups
2nd Ladder C&P All 3 rungs completed, band assist pullups
3rd Ladder C&P All 3 rungs completed, band assist pullups
4th Ladder C&P All 3 rungs completed, band assist pullups
Swings - 6min 25 reps 5 seconds rest - was only able to complete 4 min.

Will redo this week again next week and will make sure to do 10min Squats, Halo, Pumps each session and one other additional day.
