My name is Mark. I'm not exactly new to KBs, but I'm back after a hiatus of about 3 years. I had started working out to manage stress, depression, and anxiety. I focused for about 6 months on aerobic fitness and limiting my portion sizes whenever I ate. I was able to lose about 40 lbs. Since I already owned a 16 Kg KB, I decided to start using it again.
